Trout season is here 🐟

September marks the start of a new season, and with it comes one of our favourite fresh catches.

Delicate, flaky and beautifully buttery, fresh trout is incredibly versatile in the kitchen. Keep it simple with lemon slices, fresh herbs, and a splash of white wine, cooked en papillote.
