There is a reason this dish has stood the test of time. When the Cape Town winter chill sets in, you don’t need fancy food trends, you need something warm, and deeply comforting.

Our Bobotie is made the way it’s supposed to be: perfectly spiced, baked until the egg topping is golden, and served generously with yellow rice and chutney. It’s a little bit of sweet, a little bit of savoury, and a lot of warmth.
