Our first show back is Friday, September 25th, and this one is extra special because it’s also a benefit for our friend and employee Lucas as he gets ready for surgery.

Here’s the deal:

• $5 cover at the door, just for this show, with 100% going directly to Lucas’s surgery fund

• Local artist pop-ups with participating artists donating a portion of their sales

• Surprise guest bartender from 4pm–7pm

Dolly’s Imagination Library sends more than 3 million free books every month to children around the world, from birth through age five.

House-baked cinnamon brown sugar bread made using the original Dollywood Grist Mill recipe, frenched and griddled and topped with brown sugar cinnamon crumble, vanilla drizzle, powdered sugar + whipped butter. Maple syrup on the side.

$3 from every order goes to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, helping put free books into the hands of kids. Several members of our team were impacted by the program growing up, and her mission is personal to all of us.

Yesterday our team popped over to Lancaster and visited Thistle Finch distillery + Triage Spirits!

For those that don’t know, our entire spirit line behind our bar is from Thistle Finch and Triage, including the ever popular Shifty canned cocktails.

Thistle Finch is right in the heart of Lancaster, nestled inside a historic to***co warehouse.

One of the things we take pride in is sourcing what we can from local businesses, from the mozzarella on our pizza, to our spirits and beer. Being able to see where our products come from and learn all about it, is special to our team.

They taught us everything from the rich history of the building itself, to the distillation, bottling, and aging process. We learned so much and are so appreciative of everyone over at Thistle Finch Distillery for taking the time to give us a tour and sharing their knowledge with us.

If you wanna learn about the first distillery in Lancaster, Thistle Finch offers tours to the public on Saturday’s at 1pm and 2:30pm!

They also have a dining space called Burley Bar Restaurant, that’s open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Go visit and tell them your friends at Splitshift said hi!
