Today, one of our young employees was subjected to inappropriate language and verbal abuse over a mistake with dinner rolls.

While we understand that mistakes can happen and we are always happy to correct them, we will not tolerate anyone speaking to our employees with profanity, insults, or abusive language.

Our staff—many of whom are young adults working hard to serve our community—deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Going forward, anyone who is unable to communicate respectfully may be asked to leave and may be refused service.

We sincerely appreciate the overwhelming majority of our customers who show kindness, patience, and understanding every day. Your support means the world to our team and helps make Yale Bakery a welcoming place for everyone.

Just a quick reminder that Yale Bakery will be open Friday, Saturday & SUNDAY from 7 AM–12 PM! 🍩☕️

We’ll have fresh donuts, coffee, espresso drinks & breakfast favorites all three mornings.

⭐ And YES… we’re OPEN SUNDAY! ⭐

Come grab breakfast with us, then head out and enjoy the festival, support the food tent, food trucks & all of our awesome local businesses! ❤️🇺🇸

Our shelves are once again stocked with many of your favorite Yale Bakery private label items! Stop in and browse our selection of pickles, salsas, jams, mustards, relishes, and so much more—perfect for your pantry or as a thoughtful gift.

We’re excited to have Crooked Chimney Maple Syrup back in stock too! 🍁 Their delicious, locally made maple syrup is available in multiple sizes and pairs perfectly with pancakes, waffles, French toast… or straight off the spoon (we won’t judge 😉).

🎉 Bologna Festival Weekend is almost here! 🎉

To give our staff time to enjoy the festival with their family and friends, Yale Bakery will be closing at 12:00 Noon on Friday and Saturday.

⭐ And for the first time ever… we’ll be OPEN SUNDAY! ⭐

You’ve been asking for years, especially during the Sunday car show, and we’re excited to finally make it happen!

After grabbing your morning favorites from us, we encourage everyone to get out and support the amazing Bologna Festival food tent, local businesses, and all of the food truck vendors that make this weekend so special. It’s one of the best weekends of the year in Yale, and we’re proud to be part of it!

🍩 We’ll be serving donuts, fresh coffee & espresso drinks, and breakfast items from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM all three days.

We can’t wait to see everyone bright and early all weekend long ❤️
