We are having a spaghetti fundraiser at Yale VFW on Saturday September 12th. We need the help to be able to reopen after the pipe burst and flooding that happened in July.
Insurance covers repairs but not 3 months loss of income and honestly the guys at the top could care less if you can’t pay your bills or lose your business.
So please come out, so we can come back!!

Bob will be outside of Cjs tomorrow ( Sunday) serving up lunch again from 11am until 3pm!
I will be out there helping too! Please be aware the restaurant is still under construction, so I can’t let anyone inside.❤️

We will be outside all during Bologna festivities trying to make a few dollars, so please come help us out!

It looks so weird and empty in here. But all the tables, chairs and booths are out and heading to storage. Servpro came bright and early and got everything out and ready for the second abatement team to remove the asbestos tiles.
That’s scheduled to happen August 10th unless they get a cancellation. Which I’m praying happens so we can move along quickly.
Because all though insurance is paying for repairs we are still completely without an income right now.

Since it’s been almost a week since the water damage from the burst pipes in the ceiling I thought I’d just give a little update.
What at first seemed like it would be a quick turnaround I have been told for certain now will take weeks. We know for sure we will not be operating at all for the rest of the summer. August is lost. Hopefully by early September we will be able to reopen.
Every step has to be approved by insurance to move forward and today the contractor told me the remaining tiles in the dining room have asbestos. So that’s a second and separate abatement team that has to deal with that. It adds 10 days to the schedule alone for that.
It’s been an uphill struggle for the year and a half we’ve been in business but we will be back. I’m too stubborn to give up now. Keep us in your prayers. ❤️

We were supposed to open back up today from our scheduled break but sometime in the middle of the night pipes broke in the ceiling flooding our entire kitchen and into part of the dining room.
I don’t even know for certain what happened yet. But we obviously won’t be able to open for a bit yet. I will keep everyone updated.
Please pray for us. 🥹🙏🏼

Just letting everyone know we will be closed this week. We will reopen on Tuesday July 14th at 11am.
All is well just taking some time off.
