❤️ A BIG SHOUT OUT TO OUR FARMERS TABLE CREW ❤️
I talk a lot about teamwork, expectations, doing your part, and taking pride in what we do. But sometimes we need to stop and recognize the people behind The Farmers Table.
Every person brings something different to our crazy little family, and today I just want you all to know—I see you, appreciate you, and notice what you bring to our team. ❤️
❤️ Erin — Always thinking about others. You have such a caring heart.
😊 Alissa — Greets you with a smile and makes people feel welcome.
🏃♀️ Charity — ALWAYS moving! If something needs done, chances are she’s already doing it.
😂 Amanda — Keeps things interesting and REALLY enjoys picking on Thomas. 😆 Someone has to keep him humble!
🐂 Jennifer — Takes the bull by the horns. Give her something that needs handled and she’s on it.
☀️ Leah — A ray of sunshine! She’ll either make you smile…or make you blush. 😂❤️
💪 Cheyenee — Oh so quiet, yet OH SO MIGHTY. Never underestimate the quiet ones!
📣 Tannis — Never afraid to speak up, and sometimes that’s exactly what a team needs.
✨ Taryn — Best bathroom cleaner around—and somehow does it with a smile! 😂❤️
🔥 Taylor — Got thrown straight into the pit and came out taking names! You’ve stepped up and kept going.
♠️ Miley — Knows when to hold ’em and knows when to fold ’em. 😉 She knows when to jump in and when to roll with it.
🏃♂️ Thomas — Works circles around most of the 30-and-under crowd! That work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed.
💪 Little Tom — Every minute you’re on that floor, you’re getting better. Keep learning, keep growing and keep at it—we see your progress! ❤️
💪 Kristy — Never afraid of a challenge. Throw something her way and she’s ready to figure it out.
😂 Hunter — Always willing to help…even if he occasionally forgets what he was helping with. 😆❤️ But the willingness is ALWAYS there!
❤️ Melissa — Such a HUGE heart. You can’t teach that kind of kindness.
💕 Sabrina — Kind-hearted through and through.
👏 Alli — Keeps us ALL straight! A great leader, communicator and someone who isn’t afraid to step up when it’s needed.
👑❤️ And MOST importantly…my granddaughter, our youngest crew member at just 7 years old!
She works circles around ALL OF US. 😂 She jumps in, helps wherever she can, keeps everybody in line and apparently has already figured out the management structure around here because, let’s face it…
SHE’S THE BOSS. 👑😂❤️
There is something pretty darn special about watching the next generation grow up around The Farmers Table, learning that when there’s work to be done, you roll up your sleeves and help.
And then there’s Dan. ❤️
My husband, my partner, my sounding board and my “keep Wendy outta jail” kinda guy. 😂
The long, LONG hours you put in for this team don’t go unnoticed. You listen when I need to vent, talk me down when necessary, jump in wherever you’re needed and stand beside me through all the craziness that comes with building this dream. ❤️
Running a restaurant isn’t easy.
We have great days, crazy days, what-the-heck-just-happened days, and days where we’re all surviving on caffeine, determination and probably a little sarcasm. 😂
We’re not perfect. We’re human.
But when I look around, I see heart. I see personalities. I see hard workers. I see leaders. I see helpers. I see laughter. I see people growing. And most importantly, I see a TEAM.
So today…
No lectures.
No reminders.
No checklists.
No “WHO LEFT THIS HERE?!” 😂
Just a great big THANK YOU to our Farmers Table crew.
