Well, the pirates are home from the springerville 15th BBQ throwdown the last one they're having there. They're moving the competition to another location. Had a good time but the dog. The barbecue watchdog is still trying to catch up on his sleep. He's contently folded up against the couch. Until next time I wish all the competitors good luck and God bless

This is the 15th springerville rib throw down. This is the last one they're having here from now on. It'll be either move to safford or maybe to show low. Don't know yet but the pirates are going in and this is a picture of our little setup. Wishes luck

Couple of weeks ago we bought a rotisserie kit for the Weber 22-in. Today was the fourth time we've used it the first time. We did two chickens at once. The second time we did one chicken. I think the third time we did a couple of ribs in the rib smoker barrel attachment and then today we cooked a half of pork loin on the rotisserie waiting for it to rest and for wife to get home. We'll try it out a bit and see how she come out

Raising Cane‘s is having an event just today for kids through Chuck Norris‘s foundation called Kick Start in they want to raise $1 million dollars today only so get over to Raisin Cane‘s come and get some really good food. It’s for the kids
