It's almost 2 am here in Springerville for this year's 15th & Final BBQ Throwdown. As I sit here with all the 42 BBQ teams asleep and the smoke haze sitting over the event, I reflect on all the great friendships and lifelong memories I have made throughout the years. I thank everyone who has a part of this event and making it as successful and tasty over the past 15 years.

This will be the 15th and final year for Arizona's Longest Running BBQ Comp. The Springerville Rib Throwdown.

We will be out there cooking for the Big Thursday Night Dinner as well as doing Appetizers on Friday night and Ribs on Saturday.
