Happy Saturday!

We were unable to run our pasta special last night due to a slight power problem, but we're back up and running and so is this delicious entree.

Zucchini Pesto Rigatoni: rigatoni tossed in a creamy spinach pistachio pesto with grated zucchini, topped with crumbled goat cheese, lemon zest, and zucchini crisps. Served with soup or salad.

Stuffed Pork Chop: our juicy pork chops, seared and stuffed with a savory panko parmesan filling, served over a buttery corn sauce with your choice of potato. Enjoy with your choice of soup or salad.

For dessert, Coconut cake is back! See you all later.

Happy Fish Friday!

In addition to our usual fish fry, we've got some great specials for you all. Starting with our Cajun Red Snapper: 6 oz fillet seared, served over roasted fingerling potatoes and creole cream. Comes with Soup or Salad.

We're also serving a Zucchini Pesto Rigatoni: rigatoni tossed in a creamy pesto sauce with grated zucchini, topped with fresh mozzarella, lemon zest, and Parmesan. This also comes with soup or salad.

For dessert, we've got house made tiramisu!

Happy Prime Rib Saturday!

We've got a couple of great specials for you all tonight, starting off with our Braised Beef Short Ribs.

Slow braised boneless beef short ribs served over asparagus and choice of potato, topped with a red wine jus. Served with your choice of soup or salad.

We're also bringing back another slow roasted special: Porchetta. Pork Belly is seasoned with lemon zest, garlic, and herbs then rolled into a tight roulade and slow roasted until tender. We crisp up the skin and slice to serve, topped with our apple whiskey glaze and served with charred corn and your choice of potato and soup or salad.

Tonight on special: Angry Lobster Pasta. Shells tossed in a lightly spicy tomato cream sauce with tender chunks of lobster meat, topped with parmesan, chili flakes, and fresh chives. Comes with Soup or Salad.

Happy Thursday!

We've got a couple of great specials for you all tonight. If you missed our Chicken Kiev last night, we've got plenty more available tonight!

Herb butter stuffed chicken breast; breaded, fried, then baked 'til golden brown. Topped with dijon garlic sauce and chives, Served over mashed potatoes and broccolini. Comes with your choice of soup or salad.

Next, we've got Blackened Cod Cakes: served over an andouille sausage gumbo. Simple and delicious!

Finally, Angel Food Cake with Strawberries & Lemon Curd and Creme Brulee for dessert.

We will be closed this Saturday for the 4th of July to allow our staff and their families to celebrate together and enjoy the day!
