With the snow storm coming *🤷‍♀️* I've decided to make some banana bread for this weekends breakfasts! My recipe ends up making 18 mini loaves and 2 standard size loaves. Obviously I'm going to have alot of left over loaves no one in my house needs LOL.

So...with that being said...
Who would like some Fresh Baked Banana Bread? Send me a message! *if you want to add anything like nuts, chocolate chips, ect let me know!*

The mini loaves make great single servings when cut in 1/2 or even 1/3!

I've decided to attempt a Pre-order Christmas Bake Sale to make some extra $ doing what I love to do while I have the time to do it since we have already celebrated our Christmas with family.

Your choice of 2 dozen drop cookies : Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin *with or without chocolate chips*, Peanut Butter Overload or Cranberry White Chocolate Chip (pick 2 from the list)

Your choice of 6 Jumbo Muffins for Christmas Morning Breakfast:
Blueberry
Chocolate Chip
Cinnamon Streusel
Or
Cranberry White Chocolate Chip

And 1 dozen Un-decorated Cut-out Sugar Cookies with a container of Frosting and some sprinkles to decorate your cookies for Santa! Along with a blank card to write a note for Santa as well!

Pre-order Sale Guidelines: All orders must be placed/paid for no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday December 19th

Pick-up / Deliveries will be made on Saturday December 23rd 2023!

Well.....here goes!
Challah God's please PLEASE PLEEEEEAAAAASE be nice to me!

Dough needs to bulk ferment for an hour or so, then scaled out into 6 *114g each* ropes to braid to form 1 bread!

I've been dreading this...
I hate this....
Or maybe I will enjoy it?

I have also been thinking about the upcoming holiday seasons...like...
Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, ect. There will be alot of school class parties, family gatherings, ect. So with that being said....
I will be taking Holiday Orders very soon with some 💥 Deals!
I'm thinking custom cookie platters, cookie cakes, cupcakes, pies! Any other suggestions that you would like me to offer?!?!?!?!

Father in laws 80th bday ! 4 layer carrot cake jam packed and then naked coated with cream cheese frosting, along with roughly 80 cupcakes! The party theme was Outdoors! My father in law loves hunting, fishing ect!

I know it's not perfect by any means....but.....
I LOVE how this turned out!

Tonight starts my busy week!

I will be starting Thanksgiving pie orders today after work along with starting my Baba Au Rhum for class!
