Team Member Tuesday!

We recently sent Maria, our Food Safety Manager, off to Penn State’s “Ice Cream School” for the Food Safety and Sanitation for Food Manufacturers Certification!

She gained knowledge of the essentials of food safety, including hazards, microbiology, sanitation, hygiene, and HACCP to reduce contamination and protect products and consumers. 

As Kelly’s Food Safety Manager, she’s ensuring that we have the tools to protect our ice cream, employees, and customers. Thank you, Maria, for all you do! 💪
