We are getting SO close to opening the doors of Holy Cow Creamery, and we can hardly contain our excitement!

In the meantime, y’all have kept Lett’s Bake so busy that we’ve been slacking on posting some of our recent orders! 🎂 We are beyond thankful for all the love and support you’ve shown us along the way!

We’re putting the final touches on Holy Cow Creamery, and we seriously cannot wait to welcome y’all in for some homemade, small-batch ice cream and handcrafted chocolates! 🍫🍨

As most of you know, our dream has always been to open an ice cream and chocolate shop. While we searched for the perfect location, you all kept us so busy that we temporarily brought back Lett’s Bake—and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support.

Now, the wait is over!

We’re beyond excited to announce that Holy Cow Creamery officially has a storefront! 🎉🍦🍫

We had the opportunity to speak at Career Day and share our passion for baking with so many awesome students! From talking about pastry school at The Culinary Institute of America to explaining what it’s like working in kitchens and creating desserts, it was such a fun experience.

Seeing the kids excited, curious, and creative reminded me why I fell in love with baking in the first place. Huge thank you to the school for having us — and to all the students who stopped by our table today! 👨‍🍳
