Did you know that back in the 1960’s, following the death of Clara Brown, (the original matriarch of Beaver Brook Farm), the property was initially converted by the family to a local nightclub called “The Rustic”. It was later converted into an inn in 1978. This is the original Rustic sign that still exists at the White House Inn today ….. in the boiler room!
