There's nothing better than a snowy December! ❄️

Thank you for a great Sticks season. As some may know, Graham's dad passed away this past month.
We will be traveling 3 Saturdays this month to attend family gatherings.

We will be closed on Saturdays, December 7th, 21st, and 28th.
Open Thursday, Friday & Sunday evenings. Also open Sat. 12/14.

Open for Christmas Eve dinner, Tuesday, December 24,
and New Year's Eve dinner, Tuesday, December 31.

What a beautiful weekend we had in Wilmington! 🍁 Thanks to all who joined us for dinner.

We will be closed Thursday, October 24, through Sunday, October 27, as we travel to PA for my little sister's wedding!

Some golden light for some golden loaves. The recipe is use for the bread at Folly is a modified recipe from my mothers cottage cheese rolls. Fluffy and Tender crumb yet sturdy enough for sandwiches and cheeses. Baked fresh every service, never a crumb left.

New dish I've been playing with. Hot Smoked Steelhead Trout, Crispy Rice Waffle, Grilled Bok Choy, Ginger Beurre Blanc, Micro Greens. Still evolving but definitely delicious.
