Massive thank you to Java Estate Roastery for having us out! 🙏☕

From the second we walked in, the Java Estate Roastery team treated us like family. They walked us through cupping, pour-overs, and the roasting process with more passion and knowledge than we could've asked for. It was genuinely one of the most hospitable, unforgettable experiences we've had.

We made the trip because we're getting a new espresso machine, and we wanted to train our team right. Not just on the equipment, but on where the beans actually come from. So before a single shot gets pulled behind our bar, we went straight to the source with Java Estate Roastery to taste, learn, and understand the craft firsthand.

This past week's reviews had the whole Johnnylukes team grinning ear to ear. We didn't get into hospitality for the long hours or the hot kitchen — we got into it for this. For the guests who lose track of time because they're enjoying themselves too much to head home.

So thank you, truly — Annie, Brittney, Sarah, Amy, Tomasita, Thomas, Zachary, Jamie, Allison, Tracy, and Candi. Eleven five-star reviews in one week. You have no idea what it means to read something like that after a busy Saturday night.
