We take filtered water seriously year round and prepare for the situation we have as a community going on. As we need hot water to make our simple syrup for our syrups. Once our fresh water tanks are gone we will close, but we feel we have enough for our handwashing and product use for today. For tomorrow we will see with this situation at hand.

We are still open during the boil advisory. As our locations have fresh filter water holding tanks. We only have so much so when they are empty we will have to close early and will update our post here.
