Piatto was founded to nurture the culinary art of crafting Neapolitan pizza. Our pizza is handmade with slow risen dough, baked in a wood-fired oven that was hand-built in Naples, Italy. Our pizza is soft, light, and pliable - baked at 900° in 60 to 90 seconds.
