Sunflour Cafe & Collective has a focus on sustainability, offering healthy and inclusive menu options, a gathering space for the community to dine in, and a wide array of products from Kansas-based artists, makers, farmers, and entrepreneurs. Whitney and Nicole are the dyanamic duo behind Sunflour. Whitney is the Co-owner of the Coffee House at the COOP and is Operations Manager of the COOP in Der

by which is a cooperative bakery and coffee shop featuring goods from local bakers and has an array of other Kansas-made products. Nicole is the owner of CM Goodies which is a vegan and gluten free bakery, and is creator and host of ICT Veg Fest and Vendor Blender pop up markets. This dynamic duo was introduced when Nicole started selling CM Goodies’ products through The COOP & Coffee House. Sunflour Cafe & Collective our mission is to inspire our community to shop and eat more consciously while empowering local makers through our platform and camaraderie. Sunflour Cafe & Collective will not fall short on flavors, the inclusive menu features espresso from Local Roasters, organic tea, boba, smoothies, and kombucha on tap from Apollo Fermentations. The made-to-order vegetarian menu offers vegan and gluten free substitutes for all items and features ingredients sourced locally. The collective market space showcases a variety of local, small business owners and entrepreneurs. The walls will be adorned with works from local artists and plants from local gardeners that are available for purchase. Sunflour Cafe & Collective welcomes people of all walks of life, to support local small businesses and make a positive impact within our community, so future generations can find joy, health, and beauty within ourselves and our environment.
