And it behaves the way a burrata ball SHOULD….all the yummy goodness comes sliding out of that mozzarella shell just the way it’s supposed to! I know, I know….we always say we can’t get the really GOOD stuff due to the shelf life….my supplier claims THIS burrata has a bit longer shelf life and that other customers are raving over it….come grab one and let us know if y’all think we should keep getting it!

It boggles my mind that National Lasagna Day is in July….I mean, I’ll take it ANYTIME (especially OURS!) but you’d think the national day of celebration would fall in a colder time of year. Regardless…we have THREE different types - Ricotta - Ground Beef - Sausage….come down to Filippo's Deli 🇮🇹 📍DMV📍 & grab some for dinner tonight and don’t forget to add some of our homemade garlic bread made with the Catania rolls!

Granted, the free parking after 6pm doesn’t help us much BUT free parking on Saturday does!!!!
