Picked up a picanha roast from Walmart and marinated it with Bear & Burton W Sauce.

Then kept it simple and rubbed it down with some How To BBQ Right / Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub.

Cooked it over high heat on the PK Grills over Firebull Charcoal until the internal temperature was where I wanted it.

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes and then thin sliced to perfection!

If you haven’t tried this cut of meat before you’re missing out!
