Finally getting a chance to sit and reflect on the incredible opportunity that we were given this week. A big thank you to Texans For Dennis Paul for allowing us to come and serve at their event in League City. This was an amazing opportunity for the catering side of our business. We had the opportunity to meet and serve approximately 250 guests, including State Rep Dennis Paul (Senator Candidate) and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.

As a country we swore to never forget the tragic events of this day. The men and women who lost their lives in the attack on our country. The four planes that went down that day shaped the future of our country. Sadly it seems as though we are forgetting. 25 years later and it is barely covered in our schools. The men and women who lost their lives that day, and the men and women who fought to defend our country in the war that followed deserve to be remembered. We pray that God will continue to comfort the families and friends of those that were lost.

Good morning Santa Fe!! We are so happy that we get to open the doors again today! A big thank you to TriCoast Electrical Services and CenterPoint Energy for getting us back up and running. Today’s special is our Smoked Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans for only $13. These go fast so come in early, or call to reserve your order.

CLOSED WEDNESDAY… Unfortunately the issue ended up being more than anticipated and we were not able to get the power fixed today. We will be working tomorrow to come up with a solution for service on Thursday in the event that everything isn’t fixed tomorrow either. One way or another we will be serving our customers again on Thursday. Can’t wait to see everyone for Smoked Meatloaf on Thursday!!
