It's and I cannot aptly express how barren my garden of forks is at present. This is the second time I'm typing this post because Meta Business Suite is janky and generally wants to ruin my day. My wedding ring broke AGAIN and life is chaos, as usual - so... we work.

First, a day-one partnership we're super proud of: The Elderberry Cabin Elderberry Syrup featured in our Elderberry YumYum. Pictured here as a mocktail, but you can also add Moonshine if it suits your taste.

When in Rome Salad - Handcut Romaine Lettuce tossed in Caesar Dressing with Bacon Crumbles and Shaved Parmesan, Drizzled with Buffalo Sauce and Balsamic Glaze, finished with Croutons and now regularly served with Blackened Chicken on our new menu!

Dad's Choice - Jerk Seasoned Grilled Chicken (pictured) or Wild Caught Cape Hake topped with 4 Jerk Seasoned Grilled Shrimp, smothered in our Caribbean Sauce and topped with Slivered Green Onions and Wasabi Microgreens.

Island Bowl - Our Creamy Cheddar Grits topped with Jerk Seasoned Caribbean Sauced Protein (Pictured: Chicken), Housemade Black Bean Corn Salsa, and topped with Cilantro Microgreens.

All Microgreens are locally sourced from Finksburg Farms.

Tonight (Friday Oct 9), we've got Matt McMullin Music for our last Fine Tuned Presents booking of the season. Next Saturday, October 17, Billy Live and Wisdom Court Ent are prepared to bring a solid show. We're running into the end of courtyard season - get here while the weather allows!

Tomorrow - Saturday October 10 - is the Oyster Stroll in Downtown Westminster. We've got our spot on the street as usual, and we're open inside from 12pm-close with dinner all day.

I wish you the forks to get through the day. I'm going to go try to find some for myself.

Shoutout to our buddy Trevor at Local Homestead Products LLC for giving us this spectacular spread for our outdoor space. We're reorganizing this week to get it set up with the heaters- we'll keep outside open as long as we can!

Make sure you get over to LHP to do all the fall things! They've got:

And, as always, the biggest, most fun play area for kids around (my kids LOVE the farm equipment playground!)

We had a WHIRLWIND of a Weekend.

Thursday, Tony provided a coursed private dinner at the Carroll County Farm Museum. We're so lucky to have such fantastic relationships in the community that allow us these super fun experiences.

Friday, Tony crafted his best work to send down to the QB Room for the Baltimore Ravens - huge thank you to Israel Woolfork for his awesome support. We're so glad the guys enjoyed the food! We'll cater for you ANY TIME!

Saturday, we had the distinct honor of catering a wedding for one of our biggest champions at the beautiful Sunday Morning At Savannah's . Shoutout to our offsite team- Travis, Andrew, Ahmya, and Michaella for their amazing work to ensure it went smoothly!

Sunday, we were additionally honored to cater a 100th Birthday Party for Evelyn Babylon. Michaella served up delicious mocktails and we're thankful to have her still for offsite events now that she's back to teaching full time! We miss you!

And as for the restaurant, thank you to everyone who came out! We saw a lot of McDaniel College families for Homecoming this weekend and we are so excited for all the new faces and friends!

Also - Val is home from the hospital to continue to heal! Thank you all for the love and support for Val, Julia, and Wagner ❤️

There are a lot of exciting things on the horizon. I'll have updates this week - for today, I'm getting caught up on emails and paperwork.
