☕🌧️ Good Morning, Wayne America! Happy Thursday! ❤️

First off, THANK YOU to everyone who came out yesterday for Warm Wednesday! Apparently, our homemade Zuppa was a HIT! 🥣 We pray you all enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed making it for you!

It’s a cool, rainy morning, which sounds like the perfect excuse for a hot latte, a homemade breakfast, and a little time at the bakery! ☕🍳 Come on down, get cozy, and let us take care of breakfast!

Today, we’re also whipping up some fresh, homemade English muffins! They’ll be available here at the bakery and later today at Pac ‘N’ Save after we close!

We’re pulling double duty this weekend!

❤️ Brisket Saturday is happening right here at the bakery!

🍂 Hollow Fest at Ponca State Park! Our food truck will be in Ponca from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, serving up some of your bakery favorites!

Other than that, it’s just another beautiful day at HIS Baking Co. Making good food, sharing smiles, and enjoying this life God has blessed us with! ❤️

We have SO much happening at HIS Baking Co., and we’re excited to share what’s cooking, what’s coming, and a few new things we’ve been working on behind the scenes!

🥣 INTRODUCING OUR NEW COZY BOWLS!

Move over, açaí bowls! There’s a new bowl in town, and she’s warm, cozy, and ready for fall! 🍂

Our new Cozy Bowls are made with Kodiak protein oats, packing 10 grams of protein before you even start adding your favorite toppings!

Want to keep it nutritious? Load it up with fresh fruit!

Want to turn it into dessert for breakfast? Add some warm apple pie filling, cherry pie filling, cinnamon, and brown sugar!

You can make these bowls as wholesome or as indulgent as your heart desires. We aren’t here to judge your oatmeal choices! 😂

🍩 DONUT OF THE WEEK: GERMAN CHOCOLATE!

Chocolate, coconut, pecans, and all that German chocolate goodness! One of our favorites is making its way back into the case this week!

We’re trying out a NEW recipe for those turnovers, and we can’t wait to hear what you think! As someone who eats gluten-friendly myself, I’m especially excited about this one!

It may be a beautiful day outside, but we’re still serving up a big ol’ bowl of comfort today, Chicken Gnocchi Soup!

🍩 The case is loaded with goodies, including our Honey Bun Donut of the Week and our special Pink Donuts! Proceeds from the Pink Donuts are going to Pink Flamingo Night to help support new mammography equipment at Providence Medical Center. 💗

The lattes are hot, the loaded teas are refreshing, and hot breakfast is already booming this morning!
