School is almost back in session, but we’re easing into it. There will be no pop quiz. There WILL be a Popper Burger. 🍔📚

Jalapeño cream cheese + bacon + raspberry sauce.... because apparently, we believe in a very hands-on curriculum.

Summer may be heading toward dismissal, but Pearl Street is NOT ready to turn in our homework yet. 🍹☀️

This week’s lesson plan:
🥒 Spicy Pickle Margarita because vegetables are an important part of a balanced education.
🍬 Bubblegum Martini because apparently, we’re coping with back-to-school season by drinking our childhood.
🍍 Giggle Juice: Pineapple Mojito for anyone who needs recess in a glass.
🍔 Popper Burger with jalapeño cream cheese, bacon & raspberry sauce. Extra credit WILL be given.
🥩 Prime Rib Friday & Saturday because you’ve worked hard all week and deserve a gold star.

And don’t forget Happy Hour 4–6pm. Consider it adult study hall. 📚🍸

Turns out there's one thing even more important than fresh tomatoes and perfectly cooked prime rib. ❤️🎂

A pretty incredible 9-year-old made the trip all the way from Colorado to celebrate her birthday with Aunt B, and that's where we'll be today.

We'll miss you, but we'll be back next week, refreshed, over-caffeinated, and ready to get back to business. 😉🥒🍅🌽

..but they all seemed a little corny. 🌽

Lucky for us, summer produce doesn't have to be funny to be fantastic. This week's cocktails are packed with fresh flavors, the Chopped BLT is back, Friday means Prime Rib, and Happy Hour is waiting from 4-6.
