At Community Table, our approach to cuisine is rooted in timeless cooking techniques and methods of preserving foods.

Cooking seasonally and only with food gathered from the surrounding environment is our method and responsibility. Fortunately, Northwestern Connecticut is home to some of the most amazing farms in the United States; with some of the most fertile and nutrient-rich soil anywhere. This natural wealth allows us to obtain the food we serve not only from local farms and our own cultivation, but it allow

s us to forage for plants, herbs and flowers that have important health benefits and are interesting in flavor. Our light and delicious menu is constantly changing based off our local ingredients. Chef Marcell Davidsen goal is to enhance the food and have people leave feeling refreshed. Please join us for an amazing culinary experience!

Join us Thursday Feb 26th for Mexican pre-fixe dinner‼️ This fundraising dinner will help Earth’s Palate Farm fully restore operations and prepare for the upcoming spring and summer growing season. Essential supplies and equipment are urgently needed! By contributing, you are helping restore one of the most precious resources in our community: a local, sustainable source of fresh food, education, and connection.
Every donation, every share, and every word of support moves us forward.
Any funds raised in excess of rebuilding needs will be donated to the Northwest Connecticut Food Hub to further support local food access and community resilience.
