Since 2014, Fiola Mare has been more than a restaurant on the Georgetown waterfront. It has been a place where Washington gathers.

Chef Fabio Trabocchi envisioned a restaurant that celebrated the beauty of the sea, the warmth of Italian hospitality, and the unmistakable energy of our nation’s capital.

More than a decade later, that vision continues to inspire everything we do.

Over the years, we have had the honor of welcoming presidents, world leaders, longtime regulars, first dates that became marriages, birthdays, anniversaries, and countless evenings that deserve to be remembered. Every guest, every celebration, every table has become part of who we are.

What has never changed is our commitment to genuine hospitality. The quiet details. The familiar faces. The pursuit of excellence in every plate, every glass, and every welcome.

This is what a day at Fiola Mare looks like. A team that loves what they do. A kitchen inspired by the sea. A dining room filled with laughter. A waterfront that still takes our breath away.

For more than a decade, this has been our home, and every day we have the privilege of welcoming Washington with the same care and intention that has guided us since the beginning.
