Kountry Cream is more than an ice cream parlor it’s a place for sweet treats, good company, and memories worth making.

Today, we met three special customers who drive an hour to visit us. Along the way, they stop for lunch at Nic Pic, check out the famous antique fi***rm store, and make Kountry Cream their final stop. During our conversation, one shared that the gentleman with him is his neighbor, who lives with dementia. While his daughter works in education in South Carolina , he don’t mind looking after him.

It was a lovely reminder that care can show up in many ways: a thoughtful neighbor, a familiar outing, and a scoop of ice cream shared together. Ice cream may not solve everything, but sometimes a little sweetness and good company can make the day brighter. 🍦

Our sheriff’s deputies stopped by for donuts and sweet treats—and left us with a reminder that community connection matters. Thank you for taking the time to visit, share a smile, and keep our community safe. We appreciate you!

When you see a deputy out and about, say hello and show your support. A small moment of connection can make a big difference. 🍩🚔
