Dinner at the U just got a serious upgrade!🌟❤️
Come try our new Seared Salmon with asparagus risotto, grilled asparagus, cilantro oil and grilled lemon relish, this is a dish you don’t want to miss out on before asparagus season ends!
And for our guest who really wants to savor in the moment, try Chef Erik’s new three course special.
To start off we have Mushroom Ceviche on a crispy tostada, with marinated mushrooms, pickled red onion, sweet peppers & cilantro.
For the second course, it’s a delicious Braised Beef “Birria Style” with cilantro risotto cake, mole, pickled red onion, and micro cilantro.
For our sweet finish we have prepared a Tres Leches Cake.
A sweet sponge cake soaked in a mixture of evaporated,condensed and whole milk, topped off with whipped cream and grilled strawberries!!!🍓🍽️
