Manifest destiny!!!!! Todays going to be a rad blessing! I hope everyone has wonderful day today. Come see us for lunch in Vienna at Hallers from 11-130 and in Dixon across from avion for super 5-730/8ish. Going to have our chicken sandwiches and an all American Smash for our specials.

Hey guys. Dana here from the Roll With It Smashburger trailer. Captain Eli and I are going to be set up in Vienna for lunch Tuesday from 11 to 130. Then Dixon I hope you’re ready. We are going to be pulling up to the scene in Dixon probably around four-ish 430, guaranteed to be ready to serve by five. Stay till around eight-ish I think. So I know you’re probably hamburger out from this last weekend I hope everybody was safe and had a great Fourth of July. Ours was awesome, the community always turns out man and it’s so cool to be part of something. So yeah, Tuesday we can’t wait to see you guys. Come holler at us get yourself some fiery smash burgers and some of our new stuff. We got some really cool fry options we’re testing out. We have our 50-50 fries, which is the West Coast take with our crinkle cup fries with melted cheese, grilled onion, our signature smashed sauce and grilled onions. You don’t have to get onions if you don’t want or the sauce. They’re just super killer like that. We also have a new chicken sandwich, which is just a simple take on something that’s already been out there forever. We’re not reinventing the wheel. We’re just making it high-quality and delicious. We offer a plain chicken sandwich on a toasted bun and pickles. You can either get homemade ranch or not. And we also offer a buffalo style or a Cajun style with the same toppings. We also have some different seasonings for our french fries so if you wanna get your fries seasoned, you can get them either traditionally salted, lemon pepper or Cajun style. Cajun style is my go to with some cheese and burger sauce man is that delicious. AnyWho, we’re just stoked to be able to serve the community so come say hey. And look out for Friday’s update to see if we’re in Rolo or not. .

Smash Familia! DIXON AND VIENNA

We just wanna let you know where we’re gonna be this next following week. So far we’ve got Vienna down for lunch on Tuesday. That’s Vienna Missouri at Haller automotive in Vienna on 63. Will be there from 11 to 130. And that same day we’re gonna stop in Dixon for supper… Dixon I can’t wait to come see you guys and serve up some smashtacular smash burgers, seasoned fries w/ or without cheese (50-50 fries) and some fiery a$$ new takes on a chicken sandwich.

Now that we are back in business and crushing pretty hard. We got plenty of hands to help out and make your experience one for the books. Every time no excuses. We’re looking to fill up our calendar for August and September. If you’d like us to pop up at any of your events, whether that’s commercial or private, please message me through the Facebook messenger or you can comment here on this post. We’re pretty much open except for the very first Friday of every single month, which we will be at Hutcheson Ford in St. James for lunch from around 10:30 to 2 Ish. We have licensing in Maries and Pulaski County all the way from Mita to Saint Robert. We’re looking to get some stuff booked if you all are interested. We are legal in Dixon, Vienna, St. James, Saint Robert, Rolla, Mita, Freeburg, Lynn, Waynesville, Richland, Lebanon. Messages if you have any questions, thank you so much and God bless.

We were totally blessed with a couple youngsters as extra hands on the trailer. We are still looking for a few people to keep on our roster for on-call situations and emergencies. If you’re open to making some good money and having good fun and selling good food, let me know. We do not discriminate. We do not care how old you are, the color of your skin, your orientation on anything, your political views. All we ask is that you’re a genuine human being with passion, an open mind, good work ethic, a good sense of humor and drive to do what’s right. Pls Mssg me either here or my personal fb Dana Joseph. Right now the opportunities are pretty open. If you’d like to train to work in the kitchen, as far as the grill and expediting that can be managed. If you want to do front of the house and hospitality, we have really good training for that. No matter what if you’re on our food trailer and part of our team we’re gonna train you really well to do anything that you’d like. Please share and God bless!

VIENNA!! Holly Molly man you guys showed up today!! Much love for all the support. We were 3 burgers away from selling out for lunch!
