Because of you, we get to do what we love every single week: roast incredible coffee from around the world, package it in home-compostable bags, and share it with you—whether that’s shipping it to your door, partnering with local shops, or serving it up fresh at our cafe.

Celebrate the 4th with Us! 🎆 We are open all Fourth of July weekend!

You can find us here during our normal hours, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, straight through the weekend and into next week. We’re busy squeezing fresh lemons and prepping plenty of cold brew to keep you cool and refreshed throughout your holiday celebrations. 🥤

On July 4th itself, join in the celebration with the rest of the town! The Hopkinton Recreation Committee has planned an amazing Family Fun Day right alongside our weekly Farmers Market Contoocook Farmers Market at Riverway Park.

✨ NEW COFFEE DROP ✨

We are so excited to introduce our newest limited-edition addition to the Witching Hour lineup: Ethiopia Medium Roast! 🎉

If you love a bright, flavorful brew, this one is truly special. It features notes of tart blueberry with a sweet acidity that rounds out in the cup. It’s vibrant, smooth, and tastes just like a cozy morning in a cup.

For those who might see "single origin" or "medium roast" and feel a little intimidated—don't be! Let’s geek out about coffee for a quick second:

🌱 What is a "Single Origin"? It means these beans came from one specific country and region (in this case, Ethiopia, the birth place of coffee!), rather than being blended with beans from all over. It allows you to taste the unique, distinct characteristics of that specific soil and climate.

🔥 What does "Medium Roast" mean?
Roasting is a balance. While a dark roast brings out bold, smoky flavors, a medium roast can hit the sweet spot. It roasts the bean just enough to develop a smooth body while preserving the coffee's natural, fruit-forward flavors (hence those tart blueberry notes!).

☕ How to brew it: This coffee shines as a drip coffee or a pour-over.

📍How to get your hands on a bag:

In-Store: Grab a bag right off the shelves next time you pop-in for laundry detergent.

Online for Pickup: Order ahead on our website and we’ll have it ready at the counter.

Shipped to You: Live a bit further away? Order online and we’ll ship it right to your front door! (And yes, like all our coffee, it comes packaged in our 100% home-compostable bags 🌎).

Back to where it all began!

Five years ago (wow, time flies!), we launched at Contoocook Farmers Market. This Saturday, we’re throwing it back and popping up!

📍 Where: Riverway Park
⏰ When: Sat June 20 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
☕️ Menu: Hot coffee, cold brew, lemonade, and retail bags of our coffee beans to get you through the weekend!

Come say hi, grab a drink, and stock up before the shop officially reopens on Monday, June 22.

Your new summer drink: the iced cappuccino 🧊☕

Now hear me out. I’ve probably told you that an iced cappuccino isn’t really a "thing," and technically, that's not wrong. A traditional cappuccino is equal parts espresso, milk, and hot foam (about 6 ounces in total...essentially a petite, extra-foamy latte 🤏☁️)

In fact, almost all coffee drink names (latte, macchiato, cappuccino, cortado, flat white) are just a way of communicating a specific ratio to your barista. It tells us how much dairy you want, how much foam you want, and in what order they should go into the cup (my mind was blown when I realized this 😅)

But ADHD side quests aside, this beauty is my take on an iced cappuccino if it were a real drink.

I do 2 oz. of espresso, 2 oz. of your choice of dairy, and 2 oz. of our house vanilla cold foam, all served over ice.

Whether you want to steal this recipe to make at home or come on in and have us scoop one up for you, I hope you enjoy it 💚

Bonus points if you add a shot of maple or habanero syrup to give it some extra oomph.

What a gorgeous Saturday 😎

Open 8 am to 3 pm. Snag a drink, a snack, and a seat outdoors to sun yourself.

And for those in the know, it's always a good day to refill. We just restocked on your fav dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent. Bring your own container or grab one of our free upcycled containers. (Not in the know? Snag one of us and we'll fill you in.)
