💛 From our “People We Admire” series: Chef Alpha.
We met in 2019 at Guthrie Green while participating in Wednesday food truck events. As is the custom, we would swap dishes between our food trucks, and we were warmly welcomed by Chef Alpha. Since then—even though we don’t see each other as often as we’d like—we have always rooted for each other’s success. Chef Alpha also runs a family business, and we know just how much resilience it takes to work in this industry alongside family. We have the utmost admiration and respect for Chef Alpha and for everything he and his family have built over the years in the Tulsa food scene.
