Only one weekend left before we take a break for October. Reservations are going fast! We hope to see you 🥂 A few kind words from food writer Brian Schwartz about this month’s tasting menu:

“Copper Dome is closed for the month of October. You should get the 10 course September menu before then. It's sensational. It started with a jicama and celery slaw with maple and lime dressing, green onion, tarragon and basil. Clear, sharp flavors, like cole slaw for adults.

Then came two delicious grilled shrimp with yellow pepper gastrique, Romesco sauce, and prawn oil. A wonderful savory treat. Then came a lovely and very intricate squash dish, featuring marinated local squash, local green onion, Chardonnay vinegar, tarragon, and rye crumble. After that, a savory soupy bowl. White bean and sofrito in grana padano broth with fresh herbs.

Then the main courses. Cod fried tempura-style with a parsley puree and lots of veggies atop it. Then tenderloin simply cooked, served with onion and mushroom jus and herb oil.“

We are getting closer every day to opening our new project, Rue - Restaurant 🥂 A big thank you to everyone who has been part of the Rue Test Kitchen the last few weeks. We can’t wait for Tulsa to meet Rue at Center 1 on Brookside ❤️ Coming Soon!

Reminder: Copper Dome will be taking a break beginning October 1 to help open Rue. We’ll resume service November, so come see us this weekend ✨
