Copper Dome is a lean little team, and this fall, we’ll need all hands on deck to open our newest concept, Rue at Center 1.

So, beginning October 1, Copper Dome will take a month-long break while we put the finishing touches on Rue. We’ll be back November 6 for the holidays.

⏰ Be sure to make reservations for this month’s Chef’s Tasting Menu Thursday through Saturday, or reserve one of the few spots available for Rue Test Kitchen on Sundays.

New month means a new menu debuting this weekend at Copper Dome ✨ We’re putting the summer’s finale to good use for this month, as we ease into fall. We are also still hosting the Rue - Restaurant Test Kitchen Sundays in September 4-8:30pm. Reservations available online 🥂

Hello everyone!! This is Tyler.
I just wanted to say thank you for all the support and time you've given me over the years. I want to say how grateful I am for the staff I have, for all of their love for their craft, attention to detail, and their abundant amount of experience, Copper Dome - Restaurant wouldn't have exceled as far as it has without them.
This all started with a catering company. I left Palace Cafe after James's retirement and was able to get the catering side of things that I've worked with for more than a decade, I renamed it, found a kitchen, and got to make it my own. Quickly afterward I opened Copper Dome - Restaurant and, what now feels quickly again, I'm opening another restaurant Rue. The best part I don't feel the horribly scared part or worry about it failing because of all the community support and my staff. This is uncharted territory for me with having multiple businesses going at once. That said Copper Dome - Restaurant and Rustic Kings Catering will be operating as normal. There will be some small changes to Copper Dome - Restaurant but will announce that later. If you want Fine dining experience we have copper dome, if you want catering or catering options, we have rustic kings catering, and, with rue, if you want something casual but with the same attention and quality that we put into everything, we will have rue.

As we get closer to opening Rue at Center 1, Copper Dome will offer our ten-course chef’s tasting menu exclusively throughout September, Thursday through Saturday. It gives our team space to keep the beautiful Copper Dome experience running while we prepare a brand-new restaurant.

We’re also continuing our Sunday Rue Test Kitchen, so you can get a taste of the dishes taking shape for our new Brookside restaurant.

It’s a busy, very exciting season for our little team. Thank you for being part of it. Reservations available online 🥂
