We have definitely created something special at Solaire! Last night was our “soft opening” and the feedback was amazing. Two sold out seatings and people driving over an hour to join us. Im so grateful for the support of our friends and community ❤️

This food is so good, the pix don’t do it justice. I’ll give you the best shots from last night below. Please help me spread the word and make reservations soon. I’ll put a link in the comments.

Hola! Last year we lost Chef Paul, and I couldn’t put into words how difficult and how deep of a loss it has been. In honor of the work we did together and in an effort to keep the dream alive, I am workingng with a group of very talentednted chefs to open a restaurant called Solaire at The Silo Event Center.

It opens on Valentines night. Do you have plans yet?

This first menu brings South American and European cuisine for an unforgettable night. It’s reservation only, very exclusive. I’ll post the link below and hope to see you there!

It is with the greatest sadness in the world and tears running down my face that I have to tell you that my friend Chef Paul Wilson has passed. He was biking home last night and had a terrible accident. I don’t have all the details but I ask you to please keep his family and all of us who know him in your prayers.
