B**a is welcoming back our granddaughter Zoe Curren for a new w**e dinner featuring all red w**es. Zoe is bringing three new w**es for all to drink. We will be starting with a Malbec from Argentina, then two Italian reds, a Nebbiolo from Piedmont and a Cabernet from the Veneto.

Angel and I will prepare a new menu to pair with Zoe's w**e. Will we start with an empanada with chorizo to match with the Malbec, a pappardelle pasta with a veal ragu, and the entree of beef braciole with mushroom tomato sauce with the Cabernet.
We will finish with a buttermilk walnut cake with praline frosting.

These are not your everyday pours. We’re talking exceptional, highly sought-after bourbons paired with four incredible courses from Chef Tuck, all for just $75 per person.

The Dark Arts Spirit Guide, Sophia Markley, will be joining us to share the stories, secrets, and craftsmanship behind these remarkable spirits. Plus, guests will have the exclusive opportunity to add a pour of an extremely limited-release bourbon to their experience.

Join us Tuesday, October 13th at 6:30pm for a very special Dark Arts Wh***ey House Bourbon Dinner featuring Sophia Markley, “Spirit Guide” and Dark Arts Specialist.

Throughout the evening, Sophia will guide guests through a tasting of three Dark Arts bourbons, sharing the stories, techniques, unique finishes, and flavors behind each pour as they’re paired with four courses by Chef Tuck.

And you’ll have something to remember the evening by: every guest will take home a custom engraved Dark Arts Glencairn tasting glass!
