It’s with a heavy heart that we learned of the passing of our dear friend and longtime coworker, Tim Logan.

Tim was part of our Wild Garlic Grill family for over 12 years, and throughout his decades in Tucson fine dining, he brought elegance, professionalism, and heart to every room he worked in. He had a true gift for hospitality and always raised the standard of service with grace and class.

We are deeply saddened by his passing and know he will be greatly missed by so many guests, friends, and coworkers whose lives he touched over the years.

One of Tim’s favorite traditions was ending a long shift by treating the staff to Irish Car Bombs — his fun little way of celebrating surviving another busy night together. Those are the memories we’ll hold onto and smile about forever.
