It’s Friday which means another Saturday market is quickly approaching!

Due to extreme heat conditions tomorrow, 7/4 🥵 we will have a modified setup and menu! Our menu will consist of only cold drinks to make sure you stay cool and hydrated!

Cold brew and iced tea will be the stars of the show to help fuel you for your 4th of July festivities 🎆

Whether you will be traveling for the holiday weekend or staying local you can cool down with some of our delicious cold brew 🤩😋

New origins are landing soon and our labels are hot off the press 🗞️🌎☕

Over the next few weeks we will dive deep into each of these origins through our QC process. Roasting, cupping, dialing it in, and then cupping it again!

Once they're ready to release, we'll let you know!

Rose Fest weekend is finally here, and we are fueling the celebration! 🌹☕️

We can't wait to see you all this Saturday from 9am to 2 pm

We will be stocked up on cold brew after you sold us out last weekend. Iced lattes will be flowing as per usual!

Roasting coffee in 5 easy steps:

​1️⃣ Drop (the green beans into the drum)
2️⃣ Roast (watching for that perfect curve)
3️⃣ Drop (dropping the beans into the cooling tray)
4️⃣ Cool (locking in those flavor notes)
5️⃣ Drop (into storage for the beans to rest 😴)

​And that’s it. Easy, right? 😉 (Not really. It’s an art, and a lot of sweat, but don't worry the sweat doesn't go in with the coffee 😅)
