New origins are landing soon and our labels are hot off the press 🗞️🌎☕

Over the next few weeks we will dive deep into each of these origins through our QC process. Roasting, cupping, dialing it in, and then cupping it again!

Roasting coffee in 5 easy steps:

1️⃣ Drop (the green beans into the drum)
2️⃣ Roast (watching for that perfect curve)
3️⃣ Drop (dropping the beans into the cooling tray)
4️⃣ Cool (locking in those flavor notes)
5️⃣ Drop (into storage for the beans to rest 😴)

And that’s it. Easy, right? 😉 (Not really. It’s an art, and a lot of sweat, but don't worry the sweat doesn't go in with the coffee 😅)
