This week, the BRINX family got a little bigger. 🥹🧸

We welcomed a brand-new baby cub, and our hearts are pretty darn full. So much love, pride, and happiness for Dante, Julie, and their beautiful baby girl. There’s nothing quite like watching good things happen to good people, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

Meanwhile, Rylee and I have been holding down the fort through early mornings and late nights this entire week. And as much as we love this place (and all of you), even the people behind the coffee machine and sweating in the kitchen need a little reset now and then.

So, BRINX will be closed today, Sunday, October 11th.

And before anyone starts a rumor: Dante has NOT been fired. 😂 He’s officially on parental leave for the next couple of months, enjoying the beautiful chaos of becoming a dad.

We’re also welcoming a couple of new faces to the team next week, and we’ll be back to our regular hours starting Monday, October 12th.

Now, if you’re looking for us today, we’ve traded the espresso machine for CT Garlic and Harvest Festival at the Bethlehem Fair where will be stuffing our faces with garlic ice cream and garlic fudge from The Nutmeg Fudge Company 🧄😂
