Nothing says South Texas like a big bowl of Chili Con Carne! One of the best parts of the festival is the food! Each year we cook up a big batch of chili, pan de campo, and pecan pie for dessert! We all sit around the firepits, immersed in the words of J. Frank Dobie, and fill our bellies on this delicious dish!
