📍 Tempe + North Phoenix We roast our own coffee and are home to the International Barista and Coffee Academy. We have an entire selection of single origin coffees from all over the world that can be brewed on any of 6 different manual brewing methods from V60 to Sy

phon. We offer you unlimited combinations, including cold brew on draft to our Bourbon Barrel Burundi. Alongside our coffees we have 30 teas blended by our own tea sommelier served hot or iced. Not only can you come to get your daily caffeine fix, but also learn what we do by attending coffee and tea workshops or professional classes at the International Barista & Coffee Academy (IBCA). Improve, discover and get hands on experience in a full barista lab, sensory room and slow bar. We offer IBCA certificates and certificated though the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe. Whether you decide to grab a drink, some food, or join our academy we look forward to serving you!

A coffee tree can take 3 to 4 years to produce its first harvest followed by months of ripening, picking, drying, sorting, shipping, and roasting before it hits your cup.
