Day 4 was all about Brunch & Café Creations!

Our young chefs took on some breakfast and brunch favorites while continuing to build their confidence in the kitchen. They learned new stovetop techniques, practiced teamwork, and had plenty of laughs along the way.

Today’s menu included:

* Chicken & Waffles
* Breakfast Tacos
* Loaded Hash Brown Skillets
* French Toast Sticks
* Smoothie Station
* Strawberry Cheesecake Cups

One of the funniest moments of the day? I ended up in a battle with the waffle mix… and let’s just say the waffle mix won. Thankfully, we laughed it off, adjusted our game plan, and still served up an incredible brunch experience.

One of the biggest lessons we teach is that cooking isn’t about perfection—it’s about learning, adapting, and having fun. Every challenge in the kitchen is another opportunity to grow.

Day 3 was a delicious adventure!

Our young chefs explored the exciting flavors of Hibachi & Sushi Day. They learned essential kitchen techniques, practiced precision, and created restaurant-quality dishes from scratch.

The menu included:

* Hibachi Fried Rice
* Chicken Teriyaki
* Yum Yum Sauce
* California Sushi Rolls
* Japanese Fruit Cups

From seasoning and sautéing to rolling sushi like pros, our campers continued building confidence, teamwork, and creativity in the kitchen. It’s amazing to watch their skills grow with each new recipe and challenge.
