This week, we’ve been celebrating our 10-Year Anniversary Week and we’re keeping the party going today with new menu items, special meal deals, and drawing the winners of our special raffle!! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Today, we are also offering ANY 8-inch sub for $10 in honor of our 10-Year Anniversary (11 am to 3 pm only) and we are officially launching the FIRST sub off our Underground Menu:

The OG FIRE CBR (Chicken Bacon Ranch)!

This is our first time adding grilled chicken to the menu, and it is DELISH. The OG FIRE CBR comes with grilled chicken, bacon, ranch, pepperjack cheede, lettuce, salt & pepper.

Speaking of pepper jack, that's one of the new - permanent - additions to the menu, along with grilled chicken and jalapeΓ±o cheddar wraps. And those debut today, too!

We've had a lot going on during our 10-Year Anniversary of this week and tons of talk about, but we would be remiss if we didn't pause for a second to recognize the birthday of one of the most OG Gangster staffers of OG Subs:

The guy we all simply know as "Jose!"

This man, myth and legend really needs no introduction, and he is quite possibly the most recognized face in CollegeTown on any given day.

Jose has been with us ALL TEN YEARS we've been open, and the charisma, swagger and knowledge he brings to our shop every day is undeniable.

Jose likes to stay behind the scenes for the most part, but we've managed to sneak him in a few pictures of him recently - and every time we post one, the comments are always stuff like ...

"JOOOOOSSSSSEEE!"

"Love that guy!"

"No one like Jose!"

"Nicest bro you'll ever meet!!"

"Best dude - and Sub-maker - in the city!"

Jose is also wicked smart, and he's always dropping knowledge on our staff and customers that blows our minds.

We opened our anniversary week with a raffle for free food & swag, brought back Momma G's famous pudding and gave you a sneak peek at our 10-Year Anniversary Swag, which goes on sale Wednesday!
