Which gut looks healthier?
Swipe through these real thermography images to see the difference between calmer digestive patterns and areas showing increased inflammation.
I truly believe the gut is one of the foundations of health.
When inflammation is brewing in the digestive tract, it doesn’t always stay there. Over time, it may contribute to symptoms like bloating, headaches, fatigue, brain fog, hormone imbalances, skin issues, joint pain, and many other chronic health concerns.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that many people have underlying gut issues they don’t even know about. Hidden infections like H. pylori, bacterial imbalances, parasites, yeast overgrowth, and other imbalances in the gut microbiome can all contribute to chronic inflammation.
Thermography can sometimes reveal inflammatory patterns in the digestive region. While it can’t tell us exactly what’s causing those patterns, it can provide valuable information that may warrant further investigation.
That’s when I often recommend a GI-MAP stool test, which can help uncover potential underlying contributors so we can take a more targeted approach to addressing the issues that may be keeping your body inflamed.
Sometimes the first step toward feeling better isn’t treating another symptom—it’s discovering what’s driving the inflammation in the first place.
Have you ever had your gut tested?
