All items prepared fresh daily and made to order. Made with fresh ingredients which are bought locally when possible. Our recipes come from my travels to Greece and my ancestral island of Zakynthos and from my YiaYia (Grandmother)). I have been cooking and refining my recipes for many years and feel I have truly captured the essence of Greece with these authentic flavors!
