🍣 Sushi Pop-Up at The Bellwether
Tuesday, January 27 & Wednesday, January 28

Join us upstairs at The Bellwether for a two-night, intimate sushi pop-up led by acclaimed St. Louis chef Eliott Harris. Known for decades behind the sushi bar—from Chop Shop STL and BaiKu to his current role as Executive Chef at Polite Society—Chef Harris will present a focused menu highlighting pristine fish, seasonal ingredients, and beautifully executed nigiri and maki.

Expect precise technique, thoughtful pairings, and a few chef’s-choice surprises each night. Seating is extremely limited, and advance reservations are strongly recommended.
