Last November 14, we held the "Starting a Food Business: Lean & Smart Ways" workshop at the Neighborhood Innovation Center during STL Startup Week 2024! Food entrepreneurs—new and seasoned—came together to get essential tips and tools to grow their businesses smarter, not harder.

We dived into choosing the right food business path, simplifying licensing with our 7-Step Checklist, and discovering lean strategies to save time and resources. We even talked about how tools like ChatGPT can help entrepreneurs focus on what matters most.

Thanks to everyone who made this workshop a success, including our amazing speakers, volunteers, and all the attendees eager to take their businesses to the next level. Your support helps make STL’s food business community stronger!
