Fri, May 29th.... We are temporarily without Internet. No phones lines, no credit card machine. It is currently being worked on and should be fixed within a few hours. 🤞. The kitchen and pizza station are fully operational.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Lois, Pio’s daughter.

Lois was a constant at Pio’s for many years—welcoming guests, baking, and dedicating herself to the restaurant she loved.

Even after retiring from greeting guests, she remained the baker extraordinaire behind many of the homemade treats you’ve enjoyed. Though she shared her recipes, no one ever quite matched the height of her meringue.

She will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with her sons and family.
