Several have asked why we can't just have our employees run the coffee trailer - and while we did consider that possibility - we have come to the conclusion that it just wouldn't work.
As owners, we do a LOT of "behind the scenes" work that our employees simply can't do. We prep all the sandwiches, we get all the supplies from the store, my mom has heart problems so I personally do all the heavy lifting - hauling 2 dozen 20lb bags of ice, filling and carrying 30 4gallon water jugs, hauling and carrying 30 gallons of milk, hauling and carrying 50lbs of coffee beans, carrying 30lb-40lb boxes of syrups and more!

I also teach, so i figured if I get the surgery/recovery done during the summer, I will be ready to go back to teaching in August.
I truly feel sorry that we have to close for so long 😭, but I plan on doing my best to be at the trailer a few different times during those 2 weeks so that y'all can stop by for drinks!

I greatly appreciate all the kind words and prayers everyone has given me! We feel so blessed to serve the best community! Y'all are AMAZING!
