Our fried pies are made from the same family recipe as handed down by Joe, father to Kevin, and Shannon, of the Double E Burger and Ice Cream Shoppe. Grandpa Joe always made his fried pies as a special treat for his family and it has been a loved and treasured tradition that has been passed down to future generations. Our family wanted to share the fried pies with the customers of the Double E Burger and Ice Cream Shoppe in honor of his memory. You'll often find Grandma Laveta and daughter Carol making the pies when you order them! We hope you enjoy this family favorite as much as our entire family has over the years. :)
