Alright, gang. I’ve been working REAL hard on this feature all week. We only have 10 for each night. And I have it all divided up and set apart. I imagine these will go QUICK. This was a massive amount of labor and a ton of hours of love. It will be priced as such. This was one of the hardest things I’ve made in my culinary career and it was really fun to learn new techniques and styles of cooking. It’ll be a LONG time before I make scratch ramen NOODLES again.

Your bowl of ramen is made entirely from scratch. The broth stewed for 24 hours and the noodles aged for 3 days. The soft boiled egg was marinated in an ever so slightly spicy soy liquid and the herbs are locally grown. You will be served a shot of sake. This will be such a treat and I cannot wait for you to join us!!
