Today we catered a luncheon for Tom Bedell which was a Pure Fishing Reunion. It was a very fun afternoon serving so many previous employees and friends of Pure Fishing. So proud of our Back Alley BBQ Crew! Left to right Campbell Mooney, Hannah Larsen (we catered her wedding last Saturday) Hali Lowry, Kathy Broek , Dallas Lowry and Drew Carey.

Smoked salmon with a lemon-dill aole, pork shoulder with a rhubarb BBQ sauce, boiled tiny potatoes with a butter garlic sauce, sautéed squash and a salad with a white balsamic strawberry vinegarette.
